Oh, the Danish pastry I had was an absolute delight, perfectly flaky and bursting with flavor! The staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and I adored the lovely gardens that offered a serene escape after a day of exploring.

Luckily, there were heaps of blankets to snuggle under, so I still had a cozy stay overall.

The breakfast was quite nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed cleaning my plate. the room had plenty of blankets available, which was helpful as I prefer to be warm at night.

I found the breakfast options somewhat limited, and the poached egg was overdone for my taste. my phone struggled to find a good internet connection, although the house did offer open Wi-Fi.

The lack of a kettle left us wanting!!! The internet connection was poor, without a phone in the room to call for help!!! No taxi services available, making it difficult for those reliant on public transport!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here, especially the cozy sitting room where I kicked back with a book and the delicious breakfast that really filled me up for the day. There were lovely opportunities to relax in the garden or watch TV in the atmospheric front room. Just a heads up, it would have been nice to have fresh milk for my tea on the second day, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊
